Really proud of these results from one of my Fit 4 Summer clients.

Our 10 week program finished on Saturday and the 4 ladies who took part lost an amazing 51 pounds between them.

Our focus on the Fit 4 Summer program was on creating a lifestyle that is ENJOYABLE and SUSTAINABLE. I don’t want to see these ladies get awesome results and then have gained the weight back again in 6 months time. My aim was to give them the tools they need to carry this on, get exactly where they want to be, and be able to happily maintain those results for life.

Judging by some of the feedback comments, I’m pretty sure we’ve done that:

“I have achieved a body that I am confident and happy with.  As I have said before, I have a long way to go and I’m not prepared to undue the good I have done. I have learnt that I do have willpower and I don’t need to fill my body with rubbish.  I know I can have a treat every now and again without feeling guilty.”

“I don’t think there is anything you can do to improve your programme.  It has been an amazing experience and I’m gutted it’s coming to an end!” 

“I just want to say a massive thank you to you.  You have made me believe in myself and given me the tools to keep going.  Without you providing this programme, I would have continued being at that hideous 13st 13lbs. I don’t think you realise how much you have helped me.”
 

“I’ve really enjoyed starting to put in new habits, tools and mindsets of how to live a healthier life, increase protein and know that loosing weight quickly is not a healthy attitude to living the ultimate goal weight you want to be in a clean and lean way. I have educated myself on how in previous experience when I have been my ‘goal’ weight this was just loosing muscle and not body fat. I now know that body fat takes longer to loose in a healthy way, but will stay away permenently.  
I have learnt more long term habits and mindset approach which will stay with me forever. THANK YOU.”

I’ve LOVED working with these ladies.

Watching them transform week after week and finishing happy and confident, knowing they’re going to look and feel amazing on their holidays this summer. Really proud of all of them.

How did they all achieve such brilliant results? These are the main things we focused on –

 Increasing protein
 Focusing on quality nutrition that was tasty and enjoyable
 Reducing processed/low nutrition foods
 Introducing regular weights trainingWe also prioritised drinking water and getting enough sleep. Simple stuff that adds up to make a huge difference.

PLEASE don’t get sucked in by some crazy diet that promises these results in just a week or two if you only eat cabbage or something similarly ridiculous. You might lose a load of weight really quickly, but as soon as you go back to normal eating you’ll put it all back on again.

We’ll be meeting up for coffee at the end of the summer to catch up and hear about the awesome holidays they’re about to enjoy in their new hot bodies 😉
