Many people end up feeling overwhelmed, and like they can't do their health and fitness habits 'perfectly', so they may as well forget about those goals for December and start again in January.
That's great if it makes you happy – but if you know this ultimately doesn't make you happy, there is another way to do it.
I firmly believe there is a balance you can find – you don't need to eat anywhere near perfectly, you can 100% enjoy your favourite festive treats, and you can also make plenty of great choices in between social events, that help you feel so much better as a result.
