With Christmas, work, family and other responsibilities, here's a lot going on right now for many people… which can feel overwhelming and stressful at times, trying to get it all done as well as possible.
The LAST thing we want to do is add more stress by thinking we have to do health and fitness perfectly, and if we don't then we're failing.
Ironically, by taking the pressure off, focusing on creating little wins, finding balance and enjoying the process… people are generally more consistent, and create better results in the long run.
