#167 – How to Get Your Mojo Back

This episode is based on a recent check in with a coaching client who's been doing great but also feeling a bit stuck and like she's lost her mojo.

For many people, Christmas and new year disrupted some healthy habits and routines, and led to lots of tempting foods being in the house (and getting more of a taste for them).

It's also completely normal and understandable to lose motivation at times, especially when you have a lot going on – supporting family, friends, work, fluctuating hormones, and everything else life throws at us.

The advice I gave to this lady could be helpful for a lot of other people too, so I thought I'd share it in an episode. We talk about:
