Losing weight is often seen as a pretty miserable, depriving, and not-very-fun experience.
And this is a big reason why so many people don’t end up reaching their goal.
We try to willpower our way through, ‘be good’, follow a restrictive plan, and hope we can keep going until we reach the goal.
THEN we’ll feel happy, and try to work out how to maintain the results…
But that just doesn’t work.
There is a much better way, and it is entirely possible (as well as actually, pretty crucial) to enjoy the process of working towards your goal.
