I honestly cannot believe I have lost 40lbs in the last 14 weeks!

I began in September with a consultation with Hayley, motivated and ready to work hard to fit into a pink polka dot bikini I had my eye on for my christmas holiday. Never knowing that only 14 weeks down the line I would buy it 3 sizes smaller 🙂

Hayley has completely changed my life – not only am I the size I was 12 years ago, my entire outlook on food and exercise has dramatically changed. I now see food as fuel and the occasional treat, and look to exercise with open arms!

Hayley has given me the invaluable tools to lead a happy and healthy life, where I am no longer out of breath running after my 2 year old in the park and can give my husband competition with my 50 kilo deadlift achievement 😉  ~ Vicky



A little more about me….

Things I love… food, cake, chocolate, sticky toffee pudding, poached eggs and avocado on toast, nature, sunsets, woodland walks, cycling, holidays, breakfast buffets, exploring this amazing planet, and eating indulgent ice cream (especially when it’s covered in chocolate that sets – best thing ever).

It blows my mind that I get to work with amazing women from around the world, and currently have clients in the UK, mainland Europe, Hong Kong, Canada and the USA. So wherever you are on this planet, I can help you.

Meanwhile I live in rural Sussex, England, with my boyfriend and my gorgeous black cat named Dennis.

Healthy long term weight loss, and improving women’s relationship with food, is my speciality. I spent 10 years as a Personal Trainer and am a qualified Nutritionist with Mac Nutrition University – widely regarded as one of the best certifications you can have in the fitness industry. This means you can rest assured I know what I’m talking about, and will only ever promote evidence-based nutrition and weight loss methods.

I believe in living life to the full, working hard and going after your dreams.

I DON’T believe in restrictive diets, avoiding the foods you love and generally starving yourself slim.

Through my blogs, articles and coaching, my aim is to help you get to where you want to be. Loving your body, getting healthy, fit, strong, and enjoying life along away.
