Hi, I’m Hayley, and I’m an Online Nutrition and Weight Loss Coach.

Having spent more than a decade in the fitness industry, first as a personal trainer, and now as an online nutrition and mindset coach, I know what women need to help them reach their goals.


And it’s not another diet.

You don’t need to be given a set of rules for what you should and shouldn’t eat. I’m a firm believer that every food (most definitely cake and chocolate included) can fit into a healthy balanced lifestyle.


What you need is support and guidance, and a simple effective plan to follow. So that you can reach your goal in an enjoyable way, and be equipped with the knowledge, tools and habits you need to keep the results for life. That’s what I’m here to provide.


Through a decade as a personal trainer, I saw how empowering it was to focus on getting stronger and fitter. And how much more enjoyable exercise is with that positive focus, rather than just working out to burn calories.

I also saw how incredibly powerful nutrition can be, for health, energy, mood, weight loss and more. So in 2019 I became a certified nutritionist with Mac Nutrition Uni, enabling me to help clients on a deeper level, with the most up to date and evidence based advice.


And then there’s mindset. Lack of confidence, limiting beliefs, low self esteem, and an all or nothing mindset are so common and so often lead to self sabotage. This is one of the biggest problems I see, and I have made it my mission to gather the best tools and teachings out there to support my clients in changing their mindset to set themselves up for lasting success.
