If they gave out medals for yo-yo dieting, self-sabotage, and being your own worst enemy, would you win one?

One of the biggest reasons people don’t achieve or maintain the body and life that they want is their limiting beliefs.

If you decide you’re going to lose weight, make a change, embrace a new lifestyle, and FINALLY get the body you want,

But deep down you don’t really believe you can achieve it and make it stick,

You’re already destined to self-sabotage and not get there.

Your beliefs shape every action, every thought and every feeling that you experience.

Most of us have EXTREMELY limiting beliefs.

Have you been trying to lose weight for years?

Yo-yo dieting?

Wondering why you can never quite get there?

Take a deep look at what you believe about yourself and your ability to achieve the body you want.

Do you feel like you’re always going to be overweight?

You were born that way?

Your body just doesn’t change?

I PROMISE you, you can achieve what you want with the right knowledge, consistent action and belief that you can do it.

Lack of belief =

Giving in too easy to temptations, being easily lead astray, not putting in the effort when it’s really needed, lacking motivation, focusing on the negatives, and finding it all too hard.

Change and strengthen your beliefs, develop a feeling of certainty that you can achieve what you want, and you WILL achieve it.

You’ll find yourself stronger in the face of temptation, DETERMINED to stay on track, putting in the effort required, seeing results and getting INSPIRED to create more of them, focusing on the positives of all the great changes you’re making, and realising that it can become a way of life that you enjoy.

Of course this isn’t always easy, and that’s why a lot of people, myself included, hire coaches.

But there’s a few things you can do to get started:

1 – Look at someone you admire who has achieved what you want – study what they do, what their beliefs are, and how they think. If you know them, ask them. If they’re famous, look for quotes that give insights into how their mind works.

2 – Read books, or listen to podcasts or audiobooks, related to mindset. Spend a minimum of 10 minutes per day programming your mind with good inspiring things and something that will help you improve how you think and feel. Anything by Anthony Robbins is a great start, but If you need any more recommendations, just let me know in the comments below.

3 – Write down what you want as if you have already achieved it. Think about the thoughts and feelings you want too and write them in the PRESENT tense.

Instead of ‘I want to lose 2 stone by October’.

Try ‘It is 1st October 2016; I am now 2 stone lighter and feeling amazing in my size 12 jeans. I am loving eating healthy foods that nourish my body, I have tons of energy and everyone keeps saying how great I look. I am confident, happy and proud of myself, and I love my new body and lifestyle.’

Try and picture yourself so clearly that you can see and feel all the changes that you want, and you can FEEL the feelings that will bring.

All this takes CONSISTENCY and striving to be a little better each day. The results will be worth it.
