Making the most out of Life

As far as we know, we only get one shot at life.
To me, that means I need to make the absolute most out of everything I do.
Work hard. Take opportunities. Never stop learning.
Set goals and strive to reach them.
Help and inspire others.
Become the best trainer and coach that I can be.
Be the best person that I can be.
Enjoy the journey and have a lot of fun along the way.
Doing these things also makes it possible to achieve a lot of those dreams from the bucket list:
Explore the world
See the best, most awe-inspiring sights
Watch the sun set on a beautiful beach
Swim with dolphins
Climb a mountain
Eat in amazing restaurants (eating had to be in there somewhere :))
And have a ton of other awesome experiences.
When the time to depart this planet comes (hopefully not for a very long time yet!) I want to look back on my life and feel happy, proud, content, knowing that I’ve made a difference, exhausted every last drop of my potential and squeezed all the juice out of life.
Everyone has dreams, things from their bucket list that they really want to do.
Are you taking action to make at least one of those things happen?
People often get bogged down by ‘life’, put their dreams on hold or give up on them altogether.
Don’t be one of those people who ‘hopes to do it someday’.
One day it will be too late.
Today is the perfect time to start making plans and progress.
