So much to tell you…

It’s been such a long time since I’ve emailed, so I wanted to just touch base, say Hi! and see if there’s anything I can help you with.

To keep things quick, this is going to be a bullet point email – updates from me, followed by a round up of social media posts you might find helpful 🙂

UPDATES FROM ME
• The latest Change For Life program is going really well. The ladies in there have made some fantastic progress and navigated all sorts of hurdles (life, family, social events etc!) with the support of me and the group. We finish a week on Sunday and I’ll be sharing some stories soon.

• The next Change For Life will be CFL 10!! Super proud to reach double figures running this program. If you’re wanting to transform your body in a healthy, sustainable way and lose weight for good, please get in touch.

• This weather has been incredible!! Have managed to get out pretty much 3 x a week on my bike in training for a 100-mile charity ride I’m doing for Alzheimer’s in September. It’s just amazing being outside so much. Best Summer I can remember.

• Tip: if you want to make progress in an area your life, hire a coach. I’ve been working with a brilliant life coach these last couple of months and she’s really helped me, in so many ways. Everyone can benefit from having a coach.

• Tomorrow, my boyfriend and I are off to Chippenham, near Bath, for a long weekend. Our plan is to visit Stonehenge on the way, go to Bath and the Roman Baths, and explore the nearby parts of the Cotswolds. Any recommendations you have, please let me know! 🙂
