What is it like to work with an online weight loss coach?
Recently a client shared this post below in our private Coaching facebook group. and it inspired me to share some other recent client comments about online coaching.
The screenshots below hopefully demonstrate that what we focus on is about far more than losing weight.
While there is nothing wrong with weight loss as a goal, it’s easy to lose sight of the big picture if it’s the only goal.
The big picture is everything else that’s important – your health, happiness, fitness, relationship with food, energy, enjoyment of life, and ability to maintain the results you create, to name a few.
If it’s the only goal, it can seem like losing weight is the requirement before you can feel good about yourself.
In actuality, when we focus on feeling good first – through building a healthy relationship with food, ourselves, and enjoying improving our health and fitness – we ironically find losing weight and keeping it off significantly easier.

As you can see, this lady has been married to her husband for 50 years, and lost over 110lbs during her more recent time doing online coaching.
Proof right there that at any age, however long you may have struggled for, with the right approach (and perhaps some encouragement and support to keep going), you can reach your goals.
