Is it helpful to understand why we have struggles with weight loss?
If you overeat or binge eat, have an unhealthy relationship with certain foods, or tend to self sabotage at a certain point in your weight loss journey, does it help to look back at past experiences and understand why?
This is a great question, posed to me by a client.
