This episode is based on a couple of chapters of the book 'The Beck Diet Solution: Train Your Brain to Think Like a Thin Person'.
It's a brilliant book for weight loss and mindset, and if you know that your thinking (i.e. being all or nothing, a perfectionist, losing motivation and sabotaging your own efforts), holds you back from losing weight, I'd highly recommend it.
In this episode we focus on some of the most common sabotaging thoughts as covered in the book, and walk through a step by step process for how to change them.
