In this episode I talk to online coaching client Chris. This lovely lady recently turned 59 years old, is now doing regular resistance training for the first time in her life, and has made brilliant progress in the 5 months we’ve been working together. Chris is eating better, finding balance, still enjoying foods she loves, and has lost 21lbs so far. She’s now got the tools, habits and knowledge to keep going on her own, and for me as a coach, that’s the perfect outcome.
