#282 – Why Evenings Are the Hardest Time for Food

This episode is inspired by the first week of my Consistency Reset program, where a small group of women are spending four weeks rebuilding consistent eating and exercise habits together.

Each week they reflect on what’s working, what’s difficult, and the patterns they’re noticing with food, and I help them make small adjustments that make consistency easier in real life.

Several similar struggles came up in their check-ins – things like evenings unraveling, snacking when tired, and wanting structure without tracking forever.

So in this episode I answer those questions and explain the simple structures that make consistency much easier.
