50 kilos down – Janes Story

50 kilos down and a huge transformation in fitness, health and self-confidence. Here’s Jane’s story so far:

“Nearly two years ago i had hit 40 and I made the decision that I needed to seriously change my lifestyle and I needed to lose weight and get fit for the first time in my life.

So I nervously made an appointment with a personal trainer who didn’t look from her picture too scary and thought I can do this.

Meeting Hayley was a revelation. She didn’t judge me and convinced me that losing weight and getting fit could be achieved even for someone like me. We both knew it wasn’t going to be a easy journey. I still remember the first session in the gym – it was such a shock to my system I was actually sick in the bin in the gym, and then had to have a two hour lie down when I got home.

But with the support and encouragement of Hayley I slowly found I could do more and more in the sessions. I have now lost50 kilos and enjoy coming to my sessions and seeing Hayley twice a week.

So if you feel like getting fit and loosing weight is impossible I urge you to find a coach who will help you. It doesn’t happen overnight but if you stick at it you will see amazing results. I still have a way to go but I never ever imagined I would have come this far and that is thanks to Hayley.”

I’m extremely proud of Jane and the progress she’s made.
It’s been a privilege to be a part of her transformation so far and we’re both excited for what’s still to come.

If you’re struggling, use this as inspiration. Wherever you start from and however far you feel you have to go, you can do it. Keep taking consistent action and don’t be afraid to reach out for help if you need it.
