This time last year…size 18 and in tears. Now…size 12 and needing new clothes 😃


This message got posted in our online group over the weekend.

The transformation in the photos is incredible! Such a happy, confident smile in the second one, and this lady looks AMAZING.

She’s asked for the photos to remain private but rest assured, this lady has done a brilliant job this year.

We started working together at the beginning of January in Change For Life Program 2… 

Nearly 2 stone was lost in those first 8 weeks.

Since then, with a little break in the summer, this lady has been a valued member of my Change For Life groups through most of the year.

She’s just completed Change For Life program 6, and is now 4 STONE lighter than December 2016.

AND has dropped from size 18 to size 12.

She’s amazing.

An inspiration to the other ladies in the group too, showing what can be done with consistency.

That is what it takes – consistency doing the right things MOST of the time. You never need to be perfect…it’s pretty much impossible, and life is way too short to even try!

Chocolate, alcohol, meals out, takeaways, all of these are OK when they make up just a small part of an overall healthy and active lifestyle.

The goal of my Change For Life programs is to help you build that lifestyle in a way that works for YOU, so that you can not only achieve fantastic results, but keep them too.

There’s no point doing a restrictive diet that helps you lose lots of weight if you can’t stick to it long term. As soon as you finish the diet and go back to living and eating ‘normally’, back comes all the weight.

Chances are, like many of the ladies on my programs, you’ve experienced that already.

That’s not fair – you deserve better.

But it’s hard to know what to do when there’s so much information out there.  And it can be really tough to start, and then keep going, all by yourself.

In Change For Life, I cut the confusion and teach you what ACTUALLY works for weight loss.

We focus on creating more health, energy, confidence and a strong, positive mindset to help you keep those results for good.

And you have DAILY support and accountability from me and other ladies just like you to help keep you going and finally see the results you’re looking for.
