Protein Brownie Recipe

Here’s a scarily good protein chocolate brownie recipe for you…

Last night one of the ladies in my online group posted that one of her homemade protein brownies got her through watching Bake Off 😁🍰

Very helpful for curbing sweet cravings and keeping on track towards your goals 💪

Here’s how to make them:

INGREDIENTS

🍌 2 bananas
🍏 125g jar apple puree (baby food section)
🍫 2 scoops chocolate protein powder
👹 3 tbsp dark cocoa powder
☠ 1 tbsp coconut flour
👾 2 tbsp oats
😈 2 tbsp demera sugar with stevia (from supermarket, normal sugar is fine too, or pure stevia)
👽 Tsp cinnamon
🤡 Sprinkle of salt
👺 Dark or white choc chips

INSTRUCTIONS

Blend all ingredients except chocolate chips, and pour into small loaf tin lined with baking paper.

Bake for around 20 minutes at 190C until just cooked through, sprinkle choc chips on top after 10 mins… dark ones will melt and are great smeared across the top once melted 👌
